By placing an order with Sweethearts and Sprinkles you are agreeing to the ordering information terms below. Ordering custom-made boutique items is different than ordering from a retail store with merchandise stocked and ready to ship, so please read our shipping terms.

PRIVACY POLICY & SECURITY

Privacy and security is a priority at Sweethearts and Sprinkles.  We assure you that we never share your personal information. We do not resell or distribute your address, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone. Your phone number and email address will only be used if we, or your mail carrier delivering your package, need to contact you with a question about your order.
 
In addition, your e-commerce transaction is handled by PayPal, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. For more on PayPal security, click here.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Order processing time fluctuates with order volume. All items are custom and made-to-order.  If you are in a hurry and/or have a deadline, please contact us first to see if we can meet your deadline. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

TIME FRAME

All orders are processed in the order they are received. All items are handmade-to-order after you order and pay for them. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be completed to ensure your order is made with care. In most cases, your order will be shipped within a few days, however shipping times will vary. Large orders will take longer. We stock most, but not all, of the color choices. Occasionally, we will have to order a specific color or pattern for you. You will be notified if this will be the case.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All prices are in US Dollars.  We accept payment through PayPal, which takes all major credit cards.  We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. PayPal is a safe, secure checkout and your payment information is never exposed to Sweethearts and Sprinkles. PayPal is FREE and you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this service. You may pay by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Bank Check Card or PayPal E-check (items will not ship until payment is cleared.) through the PayPal portal.  Please note that online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing, and your card may be charged before your order ships.

RECEIPTS

We use PayPal as our credit card processor so whether you pay via PayPal or credit card or echeck, your receipt will come from PayPal. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt from PayPal.  If you do not receive a confirmation receipt, your order did not go through and you will have to place it again.
 
This is the only confirmation/receipt you will receive until your order is ready to be shipped.  You will then receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

SHIPPING POLICY

For all orders under $65, Sweethearts and Sprinkles offers a flat rate First Class shipping fee for $3.50**!  All order over $65 ship FREE!

Orders will be shipped First Class mail via the United States Postal Service which usually arrives 3-10 days after it has been processed.

Priority shipping (2-4 business days) is also available for an additional $5. Simply add that option to your order at time of check out. Once your order has been sent we will notify you via e-mail with a tracking/confirmation number.


At this time we ship to the United States only.

**flat rate fee may not apply to all or certain custom items (i.e. bow boards, tutus)

SHIPPING LIABILITY

We make a strong effort to label our packages clearly and also provide boxes to protect your purchases as a standard method of shipping. However, once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather. Please keep in mind that all shipping refers to the time in transit/shipping, and not the total time it will take to receive your order.  If your order seems late in arrival, please email us and we'll provide you with tracking numbers.
